Help aspiring artists achieve their full potential in Contra Costa County

The Kinetic Arts Foundation (KAF) invites you to join us for our 1st Annual Gala Fundraiser and Auction.  This year’s event – “Desert Oasis” – will take place on March 18th, 2011, from 6pm-Midnight at the Crown Plaza Concord Hotel.  We hope that you will consider participating this year as a Sponsor.

We are sure that you are aware of the troubling cutbacks affecting the teaching of the arts in our school system.  As you know, an oasis is a fertile spot in the desert that can serve as relief, especially on a journey.  The Kinetic Arts Foundation wants to provide that relief and help to grow the talents of the students in our community.  We are passionate about promoting the value of the arts in allowing people creative expression, fostering outside the box thinking, and strengthening goal oriented values.  We need your help to provide much needed support for quality arts education and experiences in order to foster the potential of today’s youth.

In Contra Costa County, the Kinetic Arts Foundation provides free events, low cost classes, and tuition assistance.  Our long term goal is to reach out to West County and East County.  We want to give deserving, at-risk, and low income children a community and a place for healthy creative expression.

As a nonprofit charity, the Kinetic Arts Foundation searches out qualified private sector arts programs that instill in students a strong core set of values. We look for programs that stress the many and varied benefits of participation in the arts.
